Thanks for taking the time to learn from my mistakes, failures and success!

I’m not a perfect runner. I’m {definitely} not the fastest runner. I’m your Average Joe trying to accomplish feats others may seem to think impossible.

I know you can become a better runner and hope the Sub Four Hour Marathon training guide has or will help you become a top 25% marathon finisher.
